Chef Rachel Sargent specializes in wine & food paired dinners and she has the WSET® level 2 with food matching from the WSET® in London . In her paired dinners she likes to use seasonal local high quality Romanian ingredients and re-interpret local dishes in modern ways drawing on her culinary experiences in Great Britain, France, Spain & Turkey as well as Romania.
Rachel also designs menus from other cuisines to fit special occasions and requests which satisfies her interest in food anthropology and the history of food.
A gastronomic dinner with wine pairing lends itself to having the wines presented and explained in more depth so to enhance the experience you can have one of our WSET® team present the wines at the dinner too if you would like.
